We had a wonderful experience at the Malone Lodge on Friday, from Maria's kind welcome and assistance in reception to Natalie's able management of the room layout and AV, we had a first rate experience. 


I cannot recall the names of the other staff members however, we found everyone to be more than obliging. I would be grateful if you could pass on my thanks. The breakfast was also very tasty and our guests were delighted with the spread. 


We would not hesitate in recommending The Malone Lodge Hotel and would be delighted to hold any of our future Belfast events in your venue.

Hi Katie,

Thanks for your email, and of course I would be happy to share with you my thoughts on the evening.

Staff: The staff were fantastic, mannerly and organized.
Food: Despite concerns that due to our prize giving being between the starters and main possibly affecting the quality of the main course, the food was excellant, and I know for a fact that everyone really enjoyed the food.
Venue: Perfectly sized and laid out for us to use, access to the main projector was great, however the connection via your HDMI cable wasn't the best as it sometimes cut out, however I think that may have been due to the operator of the laptop (a.k.a myself) not the equipment.
Entertainment: The DJ did a great job and kept everyone well entertained.

Finally then communications through the manager and myself was excellent, any issues or problems were able to be sorted out in a proper manner with cooperation of the two of us so that authority from both the hotel and the club were able to deal with anything

Overall, I'd like to extend a huge thank you for all your hard work for this event, and a thank you to all your staff who helped make it a very enjoyable night for all attending.

The feedback on the night has been superb.

·         The hotel looked fantastic – the room was very impressive!!

·         The food was amazing – EVERYONE COMMENTED

·         The small things were attended to – which is really helpful  eg rooms for people who were travelling to get changed in.
