• We have used the Novotel London West for quite a few of our large conferences now and every time the event has been a great success.

The team are a pleasure to be around and are professional, friendly and extremely helpful from brief to event delivery.

They have a fantastic amount of meeting space that can fit all types of meeting and are flexible to cater to every event need. The facilities are built for meetings and this shows through delegate management and layout.

Just a brief note to thank you and your team for supporting the Master lnnholders Aspiring Leaders

Diploma cohort so marvellously Monday and Tuesday of this week. Everyone arrived promptly,

studiously completed the professional management block of the course and still found time to enjoy

their stay at your wonderful hotel

Perhaps you would be kind enough to pass my appreciation to all your team members involved in supporting the event and everyone else who provided such a great couple of days, including your team of chefs, bar and waiting colleagues for providing such an excellent dinner and cocktail demonstration beforehand.

The communication and cooperation with you has been really smooth from the very beginning until the very last minute. which made it so smooth and easy for us! Every member of the team was informed about the very little details we required which shows internal communication within your team is working really well.

We are running quite a number of events in various locations, however the passion we could feel and attention to details we experienced with you were quite outstanding.

l just wanted to write to you to highlight how delighted we were with the event you ran for us earlier this month. We had to make a very last minute venue change, this gave us very little time to source a new venue.

Your conference staff jumped at this challenge and we found then enthusiastic, committedand highly professional at all time. l'd particularly like to thank Mario and Edy for their assistance in making our event a success. Equally everyone else on your team providedexcellent support and l'd also like to highlight the flexibility and support provided by the AVteam.

ln summary your staff are a credit to your hotel and we were very impressed.

Just a quick note to thank you for your time and attention to detail with the Conference last week. The feedback I have had has been excellent and all the delegates thought the venue and organisation was first class.
