They were very attentive to our meeting and needs and were able to work well with on all last minute changes to the meeting room sets.  They stopped by our registration area throughout the day to ensure the meeting was running smoothly. 

 

They met with us post meeting as well to review the bill and answer some outstanding questions we had on accommodation and banquet charges.

 

I greatly appreciated the quick turnaround on the final invoice and will work to finalize everything in a timely manner as well.

I wanted to write to say a HUGE thank you to you and all of the Radisson staff for making last week’s event our best ever. I am always in awe of the consistent high quality of service and friendliness from everyone we come in to contact with and I can’t imagine how you manage this with such a large team.

 

It is evident that everyone is working so hard to make our event go smoothly and we appreciate the effort, attention to detail and that you and the team go the extra mile, which enables us to deliver the high quality service to our delegates that we work hard to achieve too.

 

I will write again after our team debrief tomorrow but in the meantime please convey our huge thanks to all the hotel staff. Verbal feedback from delegates has also been very good as they notice consistent friendly staff, high quality facilities, cleanliness, food and service.

 

We work with an international delegation who stay in hotels all around the world and it is satisfying when they comment on the quality of the Radisson rather than complain as they have done in the past, that the Brits can’t seem to do the same. Well – the Radisson does! Well done and thank you!
