I have used the Royal Society for my Trends in Ophthalmology meeting for several years and there is nowhere else I would rather taken my meeting to.

The beauty of the venue does of course speak for itself. The academia surrounding it and the quality of the visitors to the venue, and the security processes for such, are second to none and in keeping with the quality of my delegates.

My meeting brings together Ophthalmic surgeons, Professors and professions allied to ophthalmology. Without any doubt all of my delegates appreciate the venue and quality of its meeting rooms, layout, AV and catering. As an ophthalmic congress manager I need to rely on a venue to consistently reach the level of expertise and service I strive for. I want 100% every time.

Over the past few years however, it has been the quality of the operations team that has made my event and the venue stand out. They truly understand my aims and expectations and work me to achieve them. Nothing is too much trouble - room for set-up, an extra coffee for a late arriving speaker or VIP. Florist orders... all the small yet vital things that help me run the meeting to its full potential.

I look forward to my next event in February 2018 and will be booking for 2019 and beyond. I cannot recommend the venue enough and have recently booked a new client there too.
