Having a licensed bar and state of the art kitchen, a south facing terrace with a bar hatch, barbecue, fire pit and hog roast area, the dining options are endless.
Using local fresh produce and whenever possible, Estate sourced ingredients, the head chef enjoys nothing more than foraging to create gourmet delights for corporate meetings and private events.
In close proximity is the Garden Room, a contemporary purpose built venue ideal for drink receptions, product launches, exhibitions, corporate meetings and events. It is flooded with natural light, making it a great environment to work and do business. On a lovely day the bi-fold doors overlooking the Castle Barn can be opened up. The Stables Lodge Meeting Room at Wasing Park is the perfect venue for smaller corporate events and boardroom meetings. With plenty of natural light, the stylish meeting room remains full of charm and character. Delegates have the option of using the courtyard as a break out space, with views of the Parish church of St Nicholas, it is also the perfect setting for alfresco dining.
The lounge and dining room at the Stables Lodge boutique hotel can also be used for more informal meetings, either using the sofas set around the wood burning stove or sat at the impressive dining table. It is also used as the break out space and for dining during events.
